Growing up as an Arab living among an Amazigh community in Morocco profoundly shaped who I am — immersed in a world of ancient traditions, oral histories, and unyielding community bonds that celebrate resilience and collective identity. As the president of Awal Nouzilal, I lead efforts to preserve and amplify these Amazigh narratives, blending my heritage with modern storytelling. This naturally led me to collaborate with Out of Bounds Through networking with Awal Nouzilal, where this documentary projects become a powerful extension of my deep love for culture. Through these films, we don't just document; we honor the intricate tapestries of life — capturing the earthy tones of Amazigh festivals, the whispers of Amazigh folklore, or the bustling energy of Moroccan souks, all reimagined through innovative digital lenses. Tech plays a huge role here for me: from Learning editing software to experimenting with AI-driven effects, it allows us to breathe new life into timeless stories, making them accessible and vibrant for global audiences.
